When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

I’m sorry, but NO I do not know how to remove you.
The only thing I can suggest is at the bottom of the email you receive there should be a link to unsubscribe.
I’m sorry you are receiving so many of the same thing, although sometimes I do post more than 1 article in a day.
